#YOLO - Do I Really Need a Will?

Updated: Dec 15, 2021

You never know what happens in the future. Because YOLO (literally, you only live once), you should think about planning for the future including what happens after you die.

A Will is simply a legal document that expresses your wishes and direction on what you want done to your assets when you die.

Without a Will, your family and loved ones will not have clarity on your wishes and it may cause confusion and conflict in what they do with your estate.

If there is no Will, the laws of intestate will apply and whoever inherits accordingly or on behalf of the person inheriting may need to consider applying for Letters of Administration which is a more complex process.

A Will is a simple and inexpensive way to manage your estate and plan for your family and loved ones if you pass away.
